How long does it take debit cards to get here once applied for?

I applied for a Chase debit card through my work, and 40% of my net pay is supposed to go into this account.





Well, it's been five weeks, and I've not seen hide nor hair of this debit card. I'm wondering if 40% of my pay is still going to go into this account or not, and when will I finally get this debit card?|||My card came in five days. Call the bank and let them know that u have not received your card yet,
