How does this adding a debit card to paypal work with purchases?

Like my current balance is 0..i know it should be like that





But say i have 100 dollars on the debit card





I want to buy 25 dollars worth of stuff using paypal





Will pay pal automatically take out 25 dollars from the debit card?





I entered in my debit card as the primary source or w.e its called.

It has no fees and it automatically takes the amount out of your bank account.|||If you pay for something via PayPal and don't have existing funds, they debit the charge from your primary funding source, in this case, your debit card. They only debit the amount of the transaction.





No, you should not see any additional fees as a result of this.

You have to authorize the transfer of funds from your card to paypal. Then you can pay for your item using paypal.|||it will take it out automatically. there is no extra fee as far as i know(thats how i use it too). What it usually does if you are purchasing like on Ebay or some online store is it will write what's called an E-Check. which is basically(as the name defines) an electronic check. so it may take a few days to clear..
